As the conference group, we have a discount, so accommodation for a double room costs 112 EUR per night / per room and accommodation for a single room costs 95 EUR per night / per room, which is, in fact, a pretty favourable price since participants get a full service, unlimited food and drink, the hotel has an indoor swimming pool, sauna, private beach on the lake, car parking.
The participants of the KOD 2024 conference can arrive earlier or stay longer than the estimated duration of the conference for the same discount price.
The advice of the Conference chair is to promptly reserve the rooms for the conference. If You later decide not to present at the conference, You can cancel Your accommodation 45 days before the conference begins, without any additional cost.
